Sometimes you wake-up and want to change the world. We're all about that and we need a team to accomplish our dream of impacting the world for Christ.
 
Our team is passionate about youth, youth leadership and reaching the lost.  We create opportunities through overseas mission trips, experiential leadership development, and classroom training that brings about growth in students and changes lives.  Everything we do involves life on life discipleship.  We believe that people are impacted by PEOPLE, not programs.  And, we know that God is working through students to change our world.

How do we accomplish our dreams and God given vision?  By hiring people that know how to work hard and play hard!  By hiring people from diverse backgrounds with similar passions and drives.

Our staff team seeks to EXPOSE students to their burning need for a savior, EQUIP them to address that need in others, IGNITE a passion in their lives for authentic spiritual growth and reaching the lost and finally, SEND them home to live out their life in their local body of Christ.  Many of our alumni are now serving in full-time ministry and missions because they've caught this vision.
 
I know you want to be part of this exciting and God sized adventure!  We need people with youth ministry backgrounds, medical skills, professional development, family business experience, admins, outdoor enthusiasts, and so much more.
