ICY-UK is our youth ministry initiative in the United Kingdom to train youth workers and establish youth ministries. As our team in the United Kingdom grows, we are praying for space. We need office space. Currently we each individually work out of a spare bedroom in our homes. We need space to house trainee youth ministers. This would allow more trainees to minister with us in Bicester where we can more effectively model and observe ministry development. We need space for our church to gather. The name of our church is The Crowded House and it definitely has become that as we meet in our homes and try to lead children and adults in separate rooms at the same time.

We had been building up to this for 18 months: young people who were willing to stay after school to talk about God, nodding their heads in agreement as I taught, seeing and sharing about their own bad choices, and believing Jesus was who I proclaimed. When I gave the invitation to invite Jesus into their lives, four responded, "Absolutely!"
